We love to reminisce about The New York Coffee Festival 2016. One of the most exciting booths (in our opinion) was Walter's Coffee. Not only are they a new edition to The New York Coffee Guide but they are also a new edition to New York. Founded in Istanbul, Walter's Coffee Roastery is a coffee laboratory, specializing in daily roasted coffee. With a focus on coffee chemistry they really know how to put on a show. If you were lucky enough to sample their blend or see firsthand how Walter's serves their coffee, then you will know what we are talking about. To try some of their coffee chemistry then pop down to the Irving Ave store in Bushwick, Brooklyn. From their signature yellow suits to their magnificent coffee, Walter's Coffee is one to watch.
